Your road to success

Left or right, you are the student who enjoys writing and while doing so, you let your imagination run wild! You connect all the Athlon countries and their departments. Participating and helping with internal and external communication is your main target. You can do this as a communications student with focus on:
 

• creating content for internal and external communications such as articles, posts, and videos – mainly in English.           
• working with communication colleagues in the Netherlands on joined communications.
• assisting in the organization of events such as company-wide (virtual) meetings.
• helping expand the reach of our existing communication channels (intranet/Teams/newsletters).
• researching, documenting and testing new communication channels.

It is not necessary to work in the office every day. We expect, after making yourself familiar with your colleagues and the tasks in the office, that you will mainly work from home. If necessary, there’s the option to work from our office in Almere. We will make sure you receive the right support and coaching by mail, telephone and by Microsoft Teams.

The corporate communications department is responsible for all internal and external communications for Athlon throughout Europe, except customer communications. Our main focus is to work with communication specialists in all Athlon markets to reach their goals. The corporate communications department consist of a small and friendly team. You will work closely with Athlon (communication) colleagues in Europe.

Become the best version of yourself. Very normal at Athlon, because all our colleagues run on a healthy dose of ambition. What do you take with you as communications student for at least 32 of hours per week? Absolutely your creativity, flexibility and accuracy. You also have the drive to start projects on your own and to work independently. In addition, it is important that:

• you are currently studying for your Bachelor in Communication/Commercial Economics, Business & Languages or equivalent.
• you are looking for an internship for at least 4 days a week, for approximately 20 weeks starting from February 2024.
• you have an excellent command of the English language both verbal and written, Dutch is a major advantage.
• you have knowledge of digital/ video content creating.
• you are well versed in Microsoft Office.

HBO meewerkstage (Corporate) Communicatie
Veel leren, ruimte voor creativiteit en coaching tijdens je stage. Het is binnen handbereik met deze stage als Communicatie student in Almere (Hybride). We are Corporate Communications within Athlon. Getting you there.

Jouw weg naar succes

Linksom of rechtsom, jij bent de student die graag schrijft en daarbij laat je je fantasie de vrije loop! Je verbindt alle Athlon-landen en hun afdelingen. Meedoen en helpen met interne en externe communicatie is je belangrijkste doel. Dit kun je als communicatiestudent met volledige focus op:
 

• het creëren van inhoud voor interne en externe communicatie zoals artikelen, berichten en video's - voornamelijk in het Engels.           
• het gezamenlijk werken aan communicatie met communicatiecollega's in Nederland.
• assisteren bij de organisatie van evenementen zoals bedrijfsbrede (virtuele) bijeenkomsten.
• helpen het bereik van onze bestaande communicatie kanalen (Intranet/Teams/nieuwsbrieven) uit te breiden.
• onderzoeken, documenteren en uittesten van nieuwe communicatie kanalen.

Het is voor deze stage niet noodzakelijk om elke dag aanwezig te zijn op kantoor. Wij verwachten, nadat we je wegwijs hebben gemaakt op kantoor, dat je thuis zelfstandig kan werken. In het geval dat er bepaalde zaken niet thuis kunnen worden gedaan, is er ruimte om op afspraak op kantoor te komen werken. Uiteraard zorgen wij voor een goede begeleiding via e-mail, telefonisch en via Microsoft Teams.

Onze belangrijkste focus is om samen te werken met communicatiespecialisten in alle Athlon-markten om hun doelen te bereiken. De afdeling corporate communicatie bestaat uit een klein en vriendelijk team. Je werkt nauw samen met Athlon (communicatie) collega's in Europa.

De beste versie worden van jezelf. Heel normaal bij Athlon, want al onze collega’s draaien op een gezonde dosis ambitie. Wat jij meeneemt als HBO student voor minimaal 32 uur per week? Sowieso jouw creativiteit, flexibiliteit en nauwkeurigheid. Ook heb je de drive om projecten naar je toe te trekken en zelfstandig te werken. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat:

• je studeert in de richting van Communicatie/Commerciële Economie, Business & Languages of gelijkwaardig.
• je op zoek bent naar een stage voor minimaal 4 dagen per week, voor ongeveer 20 weken vanaf februari 2024.
• je een uitstekende beheersing hebt van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• je kennis hebt in het creëren van digitale/ video content, bij voorkeur Adobe Photoshop.
• je goed bent in Microsoft Office.

• coaching en deelname aan frequente afdelingsvergaderingen.
• voldoende ruimte om aan je eigen onderzoeksvraag of projectopdrachten te werken.
• uitstekende bereikbaarheid met het openbaar vervoer. De bus (halte Veluwse kant) stopt voor de deur.
