We keep our working environment friendly, open and welcoming, where everyone’s beliefs are respected. Here are just a few examples of how we do that.
- We take dietary preferences and principles into account in our restaurant menu.
- There are rooms available for when you need a quiet moment for any reason.
- Our working environment is fully accessible for all.
- When you join us, we’ll ask you to agree to act with care and integrity, and to comply with Athlon’s code of conduct and rules.
- Bullying, discrimination, sexual intimidation, aggressive behavior, violence and other forms of improper conduct are unacceptable inside (and outside) Athlon and will not be tolerated. We do everything we can to make sure that people feel comfortable speaking up about inappropriate behavior, and our confidential advisers are ready to help at any time.

To make sure our recruitment, selection and internal advancement processes are truly objective, we have some key principles for equal opportunity.
- We always want to avoid being unknowingly being guided by the age or social, cultural or ethnic background of candidates. That’s why external candidates’ date of birth, gender and place of birth are not mandatory in CVs.
- All our vacancies are advertised internally for at least two weeks.
- We use an assessment process to ensure that our selections are objective.
- All hiring managers are required to take an Unconscious Bias in Recruitment workshop.
- We’re open to people who have difficulty accessing mainstream work environments.
